Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for the DYNARA AI employee platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. Subscription Plans / 訂閱方案
DYNARA offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

2. No Refunds / 不予退款
All subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, we do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Unused portion of a subscription period
- Dissatisfaction with the Service
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
- Downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan
所有訂閱均不予退款。付款處理完成後,我們不以任何原因提供退款,包括但不限於:
- 訂閱期間未使用的部分
- 對服務不滿意
- 在訂閱期間未使用服務

3. No Partial Refunds / 不提供部分退款
No partial refunds are provided for unused time. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days or months. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
未使用時間不提供部分退款。若您在帳單週期結束前取消訂閱,您不會收到剩餘天數或月份的退款。您的訂閱將持續有效至當前帳單週期結束。
4. Cancellation / 取消訂閱
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
- Go to your account settings in the DYNARA dashboard and select "Cancel Subscription"
- Or email us at [email protected] with your cancellation request
Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and you will lose access to paid features.

5. Auto-Renewal / 自動續訂
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at the time of renewal. We will send a reminder email before the renewal date.
所有訂閱在每個帳單週期結束時(月付或年付)自動續訂,除非在續訂日期前取消。續訂時將按當時的訂閱費率收費。我們會在續訂日期前發送提醒電子郵件。
6. Exceptions / 例外情況
In rare cases, we may consider exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion, such as:
- Extended service outages caused by DYNARA (not third-party providers)
- Duplicate charges due to billing errors
Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] if you believe an exception applies.

7. Free Trial / 免費試用
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.
若我們提供免費試用期間,試用期間不會收費。若您未在試用結束前取消,訂閱將自動轉為付費方案並據此收費。
