By accessing or using DYNARA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

DYNARA is an enterprise AI employee platform that enables users to deploy autonomous AI employees with customizable roles, schedules, memory, and cross-platform communication capabilities. The Service includes AI employee management, channel integrations, automated task scheduling, and related tools.

DYNARA 是一個企業級 AI 員工平台，讓使用者能部署具有自訂角色、排程、記憶和跨平台溝通能力的自主 AI 員工。本服務包含 AI 員工管理、通道整合、自動排程任務及相關工具。

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

使用本服務需建立帳戶並提供準確、完整的資訊。您有責任維護帳戶憑證的保密性，並對帳戶下的所有活動負責。您必須年滿 18 歲才能使用本服務。

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited messages
• Not share your account credentials with third parties
• Be responsible for all content generated by your AI employees

您同意：

• 不使用本服務產生有害、非法或濫用的內容
• 不嘗試逆向工程、反編譯或拆解本服務
• 不使用本服務發送垃圾訊息、釣魚或未經請求的訊息

The Service offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Paddle. All fees are stated in USD. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by DYNARA and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you input into the Service. You grant DYNARA a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. DYNARA does not claim ownership of content generated by your AI employees on your behalf.

本服務，包括其軟體、設計、標誌和文件，為 DYNARA 所有，並受智慧財產權法保護。您保留輸入本服務的內容之所有權。您授予 DYNARA 有限授權，僅為提供服務目的處理您的內容。DYNARA 不主張對您的 AI 員工代表您產生的內容擁有所有權。

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. DYNARA'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，DYNARA 不對任何間接、附帶、特殊、後果性或懲罰性損害承擔責任，包括但不限於利潤、資料或商業機會損失。DYNARA 的總責任不超過您在索賠前十二（12）個月內支付的金額。本服務以「現狀」及「可用」的基礎提供，不提供任何明示或暗示的擔保。

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
